Consolidating a decade+ of experience designing , improving, integrating, embedding and implementing sustainability
and business strategies across organizations , I developed the four-phased ”Foundation Framework” below, with which to guide the development and roll out of a company’s strategy journey :
AS YOUR PARTNER:
To embark on your ”foundation journey” we begin by defining your needs and desired outcomes relative to your starting point, and consider resources, stakeholders, milestones, governance and steering, as well as project risks and dependencies – to determine what success looks like for you.
From here I usually design a customized proposal with a detailed project roadmap and budget that considers agreed-upon deliverables and roles and responsibilities of all project team members, workstreams and timelines.
Along the entire project journey I usually work as both a hands-on expert and project lead, as well as fully integrated team member.
